Aargard – Refund Policy

At Aargard, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, digital development, creative production, and business growth services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By engaging with Aargard, the client agrees to the terms stated below.

1. General Refund Principle

Aargard operates on a strict non-refundable payment policy due to the nature of consulting, digital services, and professional labor.
Once work has begun, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Consultation fees

  • Upfront deposits

  • Retainer payments

  • Milestone payments

  • Full project payments

  • Marketing budgets processed or utilized

2. Upfront Deposits

  • A minimum 50% upfront deposit is required to secure project resources and initiate work.

  • This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind by the client.

3. Project Cancellations by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • All completed work up to the cancellation date will be documented and delivered.

  • Any unpaid portion of the work completed will be invoiced.

  • No refunds will be issued for deposits, milestone payments, or completed stages of work.

4. Cancellations by Aargard

Aargard may, at its discretion, cancel a project due to:

  • Repeated non-payment

  • Breach of Terms & Conditions

  • Illegal or unethical client activity

  • Abusive or unprofessional conduct

If Aargard initiates a cancellation without client wrongdoing:

  • Aargard may refund the unused portion of any advance payment for work not yet started.

  • Refunds will not include the cost of consultations, planning, research, or partial work already completed.

5. Marketing & Advertising Payments

Marketing budgets allocated for:

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • SaaS subscriptions

  • Third-party marketing tools

are not refundable, as these are paid directly to third-party platforms and cannot be reversed.

Aargard is not responsible for changes in ad performance, platform policies, suspensions, or external algorithmic behavior.

6. Digital & Creative Services

For services such as:

  • Website development

  • E-commerce integrations

  • Branding and logo design

  • Photography & videography

  • Creative content

  • Automation setup

Refunds are not provided once:

  • Development or design work has started

  • Drafts have been delivered

  • Resources or licenses have been purchased

  • Creative assets have been produced

  • Any portion of the project has been executed

7. Retainers & Subscription-Based Services

For monthly or quarterly retainers involving consulting, marketing, or management:

  • Payments must be made in advance.

  • Retainers are non-refundable, regardless of usage or performance.

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless specified in the contract.

8. Revision Requests

  • Revisions included in the service package are provided at no extra cost.

  • Additional revisions outside the package are billable.

  • Requesting revisions does not qualify a project for a refund.

9. Quality Assurance Guarantee

Aargard guarantees:

  • Professional execution

  • Industry-standard practices

  • Timely delivery (subject to client feedback cooperation)

However, Aargard does not guarantee:

  • Sales increases

  • Ranking improvements within fixed timelines

  • Return on investment

  • Public or customer response to delivered work

These limitations do not qualify for a refund.

10. Force Majeure

Aargard is not liable and does not issue refunds for delays, interruptions, or inability to complete work due to events outside reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Major outages of third-party platforms

  • Political events

  • Global instability

  • Sudden regulatory changes

11. Special Cases

Aargard may, in rare circumstances, offer a partial credit (not a refund) toward future service if:

  • Significant unforeseen technical limitations occur

  • A service cannot be delivered due to internal constraints

Credit issuance is at Aargard’s sole discretion.

12. How to Submit a Refund Request

If a client believes they qualify under the exceptions stated in this policy:

  • Write to support@aargard.com

  • Include project details, invoice number, and reason for the request

Aargard will respond within 7–10 business days.

Requests that fall outside the defined exceptions will be denied.

13. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by Aargard are considered final.
