Aargard – Service Policy

At Aargard, our mission is to help businesses grow with clarity, structure, and measurable results. This Service Policy outlines the terms under which Aargard provides consulting, digital development, marketing, and operational support services to its clients. By engaging with Aargard, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following policies.

1. Scope of Services

Aargard offers the following professional services:

  • Business Strategy & Consulting
    Business audits, growth frameworks, market research, expansion support, and operational structuring.

  • Digital & Technology Solutions
    Website development, e-commerce setups, integrations, branding, content creation, app development, automation, and system deployment.

  • Marketing & Online Growth
    SEO, PPC campaigns, content marketing, social media strategy, and lead-generation services.

  • Export & Global Scaling Support
    International market entry planning, compliance guidance, logistics support, payment integration, and documentation consultation.

  • Creative & Production Services
    Product photography, video production, brand identity design, and visual assets.

Aargard may modify or introduce services based on evolving business capabilities.

2. Consultation & Onboarding

  • All new clients undergo a preliminary consultation to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • After approval, Aargard issues:

    • A formal proposal

    • A service agreement

    • A payment schedule

  • Work begins only after the initial payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made according to the agreed-upon proposal or contract.

  • A 50% upfront payment is required for most projects unless stated otherwise.

  • Monthly retainers must be paid in advance before service continuation.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in:

    • Suspension of services

    • Delays in project timelines

    • Additional reactivation charges

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and U.S./Pakistan-based local payment channels.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

  • Aargard provides estimated timelines at the start of the project.

  • Timelines may shift due to:

    • Delayed client feedback

    • Additional service requests

    • Unexpected technical constraints

  • All deliverables are submitted through email, client dashboards, or shared workspaces.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, creative approvals, and timely feedback.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

  • Each service package includes a specific number of revisions stated in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions or change requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

  • Major structural changes (e.g., redesigns, new features, additional modules) are considered new work.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information and content.

  • Respond within 3–5 business days to maintain project timelines.

  • Ensure that materials provided (images, text, data) do not infringe on any copyrights.

  • Maintain access credentials for any system integrated or built by Aargard.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All information shared with Aargard is treated as confidential.

  • Aargard will not disclose client data to third parties unless required by law or agreed in writing.

  • Aargard uses secure systems for data storage, communication, and project management.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables such as:

    • Completed website files

    • Branding assets

    • Final digital products

    • Marketing creatives

Aargard retains the right to:

  • Display non-confidential completed projects in its portfolio.

  • Use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

9. Service Limitations

Aargard does not guarantee:

  • Specific profit levels or financial outcomes

  • Rankings on search engines within a fixed timeline

  • Advertising ROI beyond industry standards

Aargard provides best-practice solutions, industry expertise, and strategic recommendations but cannot be held liable for external market changes or client-side operational issues.

10. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All completed deliverables will be handed over.

  • Partial work will be invoiced proportionate to completion.

  • Upfront deposits remain non-refundable.

Aargard may terminate the agreement immediately if:

  • The client violates payment terms

  • The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity

  • The working environment becomes abusive or hostile

11. Support & Maintenance

For digital services, Aargard provides:

  • 15 days of complimentary support for fixes (post-delivery)

  • Support includes:

    • Bugs

    • Technical errors

    • Minor adjustments

Additional maintenance packages can be purchased for long-term support.

12. Liability Statement

Aargard is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways, ad platforms)

  • Client-side data loss

  • Unauthorized access due to weak client-managed passwords

  • Business losses occurring outside the scope of Aargard’s deliverables

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes should first be attempted to resolve through direct communication.

  • If unresolved, matters will be handled according to the legal jurisdiction defined in the service agreement.

14. Policy Updates

Aargard reserves the right to update this Service Policy periodically. All changes will be posted publicly on the official website.
